Frequently Asked Questions

I charge $200 per 50 minute session for individual therapy and $250 per 50 minute session for couples. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments. Payments are due at the time of services.

I request that you notify me 24 hours in advance to cancel or change your

appointment. You will be charged for missed appointments or appointments that

are canceled late. 

My therapeutic style varies and is dependent on your needs. I tend utilize a blend of grief, CBT and ACT and provide a safe space to explore and process feelings. 

I currently accept Aetna and Optum plans. For clients with PPO insurance, I can provide you a super-bill for you to submit to your provider. 

I provide virtual and in-person sessions.  My office is located at 1848 Sawtelle Blvd # 610 Los Angeles, CA 90025. 

I believe clients should feel comfortable, connected and trust their therapist. It is also the therapists responsibility to ensure they are competent to treat your needs and able to communicate if a client would benefit from another therapist.
